In my childhood I grew up with a dad that had a passion for PC's. Before that I remember he had a Z80 Spectrum. Actually I did also (might have borrowed his). I have vague memories of evenings with the guys from the PC club my father attended and sometimes hosted parties for.
I grew older and I got my first PC. An Acer. Far from the best of breed at the time. It got the work done nevertheless. The PC became a stable in my life. Both for fun and serious times.
After finishing trade school my mom gave me a choice. Get a job or find a new education to specialize in. I ended up enrolling as a Computer Scientist. Finishing up just at the time the IT bubble burst. So I had to spend my time wisely. I knew I wanted a job in the IT business.
In 2004 I got my break. I call came from a manager that wanted me for a position. I was ready. Getting my first job and starting to earn some real money.
I have had several opportunities to evolve and get new interesting areas of work. A couple of years ago I starting diving into management. Currently I would as Team Lead for a deployment team within the company I work for.
